At Wright Choice DUI School, we are dedicated to fostering safer communities through our comprehensive Risk Reduction Program, encompassing DUI and Defensive Driving (Coming soon) courses. NEEDS ASSESSMENT
The first crucial step in the Risk Reduction/DUI Program is the completion of a NEEDS Assessment Component. The purpose of the Assessment is to evaluate the extent of an individual's substance use, which may include alcohol, drugs, and other impairing substances. This assessment can be completed either in our office, taking as little as 30 minutes of your time, or online. The goal is to provide you with insights into your own substance use and potential abuse, empowering you to make better choices. Ultimately, this process aims to help you become a safer and more responsible driver, prioritizing your journey towards better health and sobriety.
Please note that there is a fee associated with this component, which amounts to $100.
Defensive Driving
The Defensive Driving Course is designed to teach drivers about safe driving attitudes and behaviors. The course may be taken if court-ordered or for point reduction, driver's license reinstatement, insurance premium reduction, or personal education. The 6-hour Defensive Driving Class fee is $95.00
Dismissal of Tickets: Many courts will dismiss a traffic ticket if you complete the course prior to appearing for court. If dismissed, there will be no points on your record.
Suspended License: Reinstate license after completing class. Say goodbye to license suspensions. Certificate of completion issued at the end of class.
Insurance Discounts: Lower insurance premiums by 10-15% for 3 years. Savings of $600 or more. Ask any insurance agent!
Risk Reduction Course
We are your trusted partner in helping you to focus on the Risk Reduction Course, a 20-hour program mandated by the State of Georgia. This course is designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully complete it within the specified dates.
We recognize that life can throw unexpected curveballs your way, and we're committed to offering you the best service and support possible. At Wright Choice DUI School, we guarantee that our Risk Reduction Course will provide you with the essential education and guidance you need. In case you encounter any obstacles and are unable to complete the course, we provide you with the opportunity to restart the process. We don't want your DUI conviction to hinder your ability to move forward in life, so make the Wright Choice today.
Here are some key details you should be aware of:
Course Fee: The cost of the program is $235.00, plus a $25.00 textbook fee. To secure your spot, please ensure that payments are received at least 3 days prior to the first day of class.
Attendance Policy: We have a strict attendance policy in place to ensure the effectiveness of our program. It is crucial that all students arrive on time for every session and complete each session. Being punctual is essential, as students arriving late to any session may be denied entry into class and may be required to start the course over again, incurring the full cost.
Absences and Early Departures: Students who are absent from or leave early from any session may also be required to restart the course at the full cost. We understand that emergencies can arise, and if you find yourself in such a situation, please notify us promptly so that we can work together to find a solution.
